Executive Ghostwriting on LinkedIn & Profile Transformation: What I’m Building for Senior Women in 2026

This year didn’t look anything like the plan I set in January, and as I reflect back it's been a huge year of growth. Which was definitely uncomfortable and messy in the middle.

2025 was a year of highs and lows, clarity and chaos, wins I couldn’t have predicted and challenges I didn’t see coming.

Life threw curveballs I wasn’t expecting. Loss, grief, family health challenges, and the reality of being in the “sandwich generation” while running a business and raising kids. There were moments when I questioned everything.

But somehow, through all of it, this business held me. It flexed when I needed it to. It gave me the stability and breathing room I’d built it for.

Over the past five years, my work has evolved into executive ghostwriting and LinkedIn profile transformation for senior women, founders, and leaders who want their expertise clearly positioned, without having to perform online.

And in the middle of the difficult bits, there were moments I’m genuinely proud of.

Here’s what happened in 2025:

✨ Hit 10,000 followers on LinkedIn

✨ Finalist for Mentor of the Year at the National Coaching Awards PASEDA360® COACH TRAINING ACADEMY

✨ Spoke at a Summit and at The Business Booster in Liverpool

✨ Attended the world’s only LinkedIn-focused conference in Birmingham (LinkedIn lovers unite) at UpLift Live

✨ Featured in Stylist Magazine magazine with LinkedIn tips for 2026

✨ Spoke on two podcasts with Laura Perkes and Debbie Gilbert

✨ Featured in Authority Magazine azine discussing women’s visibility in leadership

✨ Delivered training to students at the University of Liverpool Management School

✨ Successfully launched The Liverpool LinkedIn Launchpad - my first in-person, full-day workshop. So good I ran it twice... the feedback was incredible

✨ Piloted my Reinvention group programme for female entrepreneurs

✨ Delivered corporate LinkedIn training that helped teams move from scepticism to strategic, confident users

✨ Worked with brilliant women whose leadership quietly shapes entire industries - and watched them secure new roles, keynote invitations, podcast appearances, and press coverage

✨ Got legal advice after my work was copied (flattering? nope. fun? definitely not)

✨ We got a puppy Bramble (equal parts chaos, cuteness, and lots of extra cleaning)

But the biggest shift wasn’t external. It was internal.

After five years of experimenting, since leaving the corporate world in 2020 - across mentoring, training, group programmes, audiences, and models, I finally found clarity.

🎯 Executive ghostwriting is the work I’m choosing to take forward.

I work with senior women, founders, and leaders whose expertise is already proven. They don’t need to perform online, but they do want their thinking, authority, and leadership visible in the right rooms.

It’s the work that uses every part of who I am:

👉 the linguist

👉 the writer

👉 the strategist

👉 and the woman who understands what it’s like to rebuild a professional identity from scratch

It’s meaningful work. Steady work. Work that matters.

So as 2025 closes, I’m leaving behind the pressure to scale in ways that never suited me and offers I’d outgrown

And I’m taking into 2026:

✅ Clarity on what I’m building and confidence in my craft

✅ Focus on executive ghostwriting alongside my Liverpool community work

✅ A work–life balance that allows school runs, dog walks, and work that fits my family life

This year taught me something important:

You don’t move forward by doing more. You move forward by choosing what actually matters.
