My Work Has Changed a Lot Over the Years. My Values Have Not.
24 January 2026 - FROM LAURA
When I started my business, I was teaching people how to use LinkedIn better. Algorithm tricks, content templates, visual assets, all the surface-level stuff. Now I work almost exclusively with senior women through ghostwriting, strategic thought leadership, and executive profile positioning. Not to game the platform. To position their expertise so board roles, speaking invitations, and press opportunities actually find them.
But the heart of it? Still the same.
I built this business around five values. They exist because I see the same pattern over and over again.
Brilliant women doing extraordinary work. Staying invisible. Not because they lack talent. Not because they do not work hard. But because somewhere along the way they were taught to stay polite, small, easy to overlook, and trust that their work would speak for itself.
It rarely does. Not loudly enough. Not to the right people. Not at the level their work deserves.
So here is what I stand for.
Connection
Not chasing followers. Being understood by the right people. I care far more about meaningful connections than vanity metrics. Visibility is only valuable when it reaches the people who matter to your next chapter.
Empathy
So many women are rebuilding after career breaks, burnout, or significant life shifts, and pretending otherwise helps no one. I will never treat that lightly. The complexity of a woman's professional journey is not a problem to be managed. It is context that shapes everything.
Integrity
Your profile should sound like you walked into a room and introduced yourself, not like a corporate press release. No hype. No borrowed authority. Just clarity. The most powerful professional presence is one that is unmistakably, precisely you.
Power
Not loud power. Not performative power. The quiet kind that comes from knowing your worth and letting yourself take up the space you have earned. That is the power I help women find, and it is far more durable than anything manufactured for an algorithm.
Transformation
Not just a better LinkedIn profile. A shift in how you see yourself and how others see you. From "I hope they notice me" to "they know exactly why I am here." That shift, when it happens, changes everything.
Why this work matters
LinkedIn is not a CV database. It is your digital reputation. It is where opportunities start forming opinions about you long before they ever speak to you. A board chair searching your name, a journalist looking for an expert source, a search consultant mapping a sector, they all land on your profile and make a judgment in seconds.
My job is to make sure what they find there does you justice.
Who this is for
If you are ready to stop shrinking and start being found. To be seen for the leader you actually are, not the version of you that learned to stay small. To have your expertise, your judgment, and your decades of experience visible to exactly the right people.
You are exactly who I built this for.
